pulling cleans (detoxifies) the oral cavity in the same way that soap cleans

coconut oil gently in your mouth and between your teeth for 10-15 minutes,
being careful not to swallow any of the oil. (Do this gently to avoid wearing
out your jaw and cheeks!) 
●    Spit the oil into the garbage
and immediately rinse your mouth with warm water (use salt water for added
antimicrobial properties). 
●    Finally, brush your teeth as
you normally would. 
●    That's all there is to it!
As
you can see, coconut oil pulling is a simple procedure with very effective
results. If 10-20 minutes seems like a long time, do it in the shower or while
driving to work in the morning. You can even do it while doing housework to
